These terms govern access to the public website fit.arliva.it. Separate terms apply to the app and any subscription services.

The website presents Arliva Fit and its features. Content is informational and promotional and may change over time.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use the site for unlawful activity, unauthorised access attempts, technical interference or harmful content.
3. Intellectual property
Brands, logos, text, interfaces and images belong to their respective owners and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
4. Availability and liability
The site may be changed or suspended for technical or business reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the controller is not liable for indirect loss caused by misuse of general website content.
5. Governing law
